The history of the Trattoria
A family history, dating back to 1933
For over ninety years, in Murazzano, Trattoria da Lele has been telling the story of the Alta Langa through cuisine rooted in memory, the local area and authenticity.
It all began in 1933, when Angelina Brocardo brought the experience she had gained in Nice to this square and opened a simple, down-to-earth trattoria. A tradition passed down to her daughter Lele, and then to the family who still passionately preserve its legacy today.
Today, in the new premises overlooking the same square, Silvana and her family continue that story every day, following recipes handed down from generation to generation and selecting the most authentic flavours of the Langa.
Tajarin, ravioli, rabbit, veal with tuna sauce, robiole with cugnà and our traditional flan are more than just dishes: they are the link between yesterday and today.
Home-style cooking. A story that continues.
